I have been hunting whitetail deer for over 40 years and have harvested 23 record class bucks. in 1997 i shot a piebold buck in pa with my bow and when my regular taxidermist refused to mount it for me because it had ticks on it i called around and asked many hunting buddies who the best taxidermist in our area was and i kept hearing game heads and pete lajoies name. I sure am glad i met pete because he did a fantastic job on that piebold buck and the next 20 whitetail bucks he did for me after that his work is outstanding especially the deer eyes they look like there alive. when you walk in the room were all my mounts are the three that pete did't do stand out a lot and in time i will have him remount them as well. The best part of it all is pete has become a good friend to me and i enjoy talking to him about our passion of hunting mature whitetail bucks.
